Insurance

Flourish Counseling is paneled with the following insurance providers:

• Aetna

• Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Blue Care Network

• University of Michigan Health (Formally Physicians Health Plan)

• McLaren (Commercial & Medicaid)

• Meridian (Commercial & Medicaid)

• Medicare

Please contact your insurance company to see if mental health counseling services are covered under your individual plan, and if you will owe a copay or deductible. Insurance benefits will be verified prior to the appointment, and copay/coinsurance and deductible payments are due at the time of service.

Private Pay

For those clients who are out of network or do not have insurance, I also offer a self-pay option. The rates for these appointments are:

• Intake appointment: $220

• Subsequent appointments: $175
